We have spots to fill in our tournament this year, and all proceeds are going to a great cause.  The funding of the continuing education program for our volunteer coaches is the cornerstone to the improvement of our hockey program, and the development of our young hockey players.

This will be a great event for everyone to network and socialize with other members of our growing association.  The affordable entry into our tournament fundraiser also offers an excellent opportunity for our corporate association members to bring guests to our tournament.

We are still looking for Silent Auction items.  If your company, or yourself can donate to our silent auction please contact me directly.

If you have any questions, or would like to enter the tournament please feel free to contact me directly.

Thank you again to our sponsors, association members, and colleagues for helping to bring the 1st Annual BRBHA Golf Tournament to life.

Sincerely,

Tom Wickson

Bow River lost a long time member and volunteer late last year, Darcy Parisian passed away in December.
Darcy was a long standing volunteer and his boys played for Bow River right from Novice.
Unfortunately, the family has had to move back to Saskatchewan to be closer to the support of their family.

The Bow River Bruins Hockey Association has opened up a family trust account for Darcy’s children to help them continue with their sports.
As this year draws to a close and you are all planning your year end activities, I would ask you all to consider making a donation to the
Parisian Family Trust Account at our ATB branch.
The Trust Account will be open until the end May at which time all donations will be transferred to the family.
Hopefully, we can help keep Darcy’s children in hockey and other activities while they recover from this tragedy.

Donations or fund transfers can be made at our ATB branch  to account 894-0025402 “In Trust for Parisian Family”.

Thank for considering this request,

Kirk Look,

President, BRBHA
