🍋🍋 🍋 LONDON’S LEMONADE STAND -SAVE THE DATE Saturday July 6th, 2024   From 1-5pm 🍋 🍋 🍋

It’s almost time for London’s Annual Lemonade Stand!!!   In the past each year,  London has chosen various charities or places to donate his lemonade stand proceeds to – including: Kids Cancer Care, The Calgary Humane Society, and  BB4CK.   This year is especially meaningful for London,  and when choosing where to give back to,   he thought for a long time before deciding on this special choice.

Now London and many of our friends have the privilege to be able to participate and play in minor hockey (we are all registered for next season!)- it is a way of life,  and teaches them about physical activity,  the sport of hockey itself,  the comraderie and family you form while playing.   It is an experience like no other.   Unfortunately that opportunity isn’t available to many kids in our area and community, and this year, London wants to change that!!!

This year,  London will be raising money to be able to cover the cost of Bow River Hockey Registration Fees for one child/ family in the community that wouldn’t have been able to participate otherwise. If he raises enough,  he wants to possibly help with the purchase of gear for that player as well.   His goal is to raise  $1500!!!

My son wants a local child to have the same experience and opportunity as others.   He wants them to be able to have the same adventure and memories as him, and I am SO proud of him for working to make this happen!!!

We will be set up 3 blocks west of the Bowness Arena on 81 street in NW Calgary. We really want to get AS MANY people out this year to support him!   Thank You all so much for being a part of London’s Lemonade Journey! 🍋 🍋 🍋
