Bow River Bruins Hockey Association Sponsorship Packages
Bow River Bruins Hockey Association (BRBHA) is always looking for opportunities to partner with local businesses within the community. While some of the options for sponsorship are defined below, should you have other ideas not mentioned, we would appreciate the opportunity to work with your organization to develop a plan specific to your business. Current sponsorship packages are as follows:
Website Sponsorship
Name/logo is prominently displayed on the BRBHA Web Site. Your name/logo will be branded and associated with BRBHA as a proud supporter. Social media mentions through BRBHA’s Platforms (Facebook/Instagram) every second month as a main post.
$1000/year – August 31 - September 1 renewal
Use of BRBHA Logo and/or Name on Arena Signage
BRBHA name/logo use on company arena signs. Note that arena signs are arranged separately through RecMedia and sponsorship funds are not applied to the cost of signs in arena (arranged separately through and at the expense of the sponsoring organization).
$1000/year – August 31 - September 1
Tournament Sponsorship
Season Tournament Sponsorship Options – BRBHA operates two tournaments over the course of the season – Bow River Bruins Winter Classic (U7) – typically beginning December 27 and Bow River Bruins Spring Showdown (U9) – typically played around March 15-17. The Christmas tournament is held exclusively at the Bowness arena, while the Spring tournament is typically held at both Bowness and Crowchild Twin arenas. Tournament sponsorship packages include the following:
Platinum - $5000

- Logo displayed prominently on player swag
- Recognition on all donor signage

Gold - $1000

- Premium signage in both arenas for Spring U9 tournament
- Recognition on all donor signage

Silver - $500

- Premium signage in arena for U7 Christmas tournament/one arena of choice in Spring U9 tournament
- Recognition on all donor signage
- Thank you gift
Tournaments are a fantastic way to get involved in many capacities. Each tournament has approximately 350-500 participants from outside of the BRBHA boundary creating a much further reach for your sponsorship!
Game Jersey Sponsorship
Sponsorship is available for one of the 5 levels of BRBHA Teams (U9, U13, U15, U18). The level choices supported is on a first come basis and total cost will be based on age group supported. Name/logo is prominently displayed at bottom of each of either black or yellow jerseys for each team at the selected level with logo sized to fit. Your name/logo will be branded and associated with BRBHA Hockey as a proud supporter and sponsor. The sponsor logo will also be displayed on the Bow River website for the duration of the sponsorship. Sponsor logo will be displayed for the life of a jersey (3 seasons). Total contribution can be prorated for one or two seasons if requested by sponsor.
$7000-$10000 – 3-year cycle
Apparel
Price varies depending on apparel selected
Sponsor logo displayed on Bow River Apparel supplied by association apparel partner. Sponsorship opportunities are available for age group or association-wide and may include association hoodies (every third season in October), toques, t-shirts or other apparel available.
